At Pewdantzig, we value flexibility and honesty. This page explains how you can cancel an order, the time window to do so, and how refunds are handled if you change your mind.
1. When You Can Cancel
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered the production phase. You will receive a specific email notification from us when your order begins production. After that point, it cannot be canceled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Include the following:

Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days, though your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
4. If 24 Hours Have Passed
Once your order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still request a return if your item is eligible — see our Return & Refund Policy for guidance.
